HEC Montreal مدیران را در سرتاسر دنیا آموزش میدهد. در ژانویهی ۲۰۱۸، آقای «پروفسور حفصی» بخشی از یک دورهی Essentials of MBA با عنوان ”شایستگیهای تفکر استراتژیک“ را در هتل المپیک و یک سازمان معظم ایرانی، برای بیش از ۲۰۰ مدیر ارشد برگزار کرد. از آنجا که این برنامه موفقیت آمیز بود، ایشان مجدد در ژوئیه ۲۰۱۸ به ایران سفر کرد تا همین برنامه را اینبار در مرکز همایشهای برج میلاد و دو سازمان بزرگ دیگر در تهران و تبریز، برای بیش از ۲۰۰ مدیر دیگر ایرانی اجرا کند. برگزاری موفق این دورهها، موفقیتی بود که قطعا بدون همکاری نزدیک نشا و HEC Montreal میسر نمیشد.
My responsibility is strategic planning and I can say that there are no tools or best practices that I haven’t heard about in my line of work. But during my learning experience with the Nesha Group and HEC Montreal, I learnt that strategic behavior is based on mental- emotional pillars. Hopefulness and the ability to delay gratification without which, strategic planning is pointless.
I’d heard a lot about the BCG strategy matrix, and I even taught it in my classes. But a program has never been successful in teaching me the mindset and rationale behind it. The strategic thinking program with professor Hafsi, however, was able to teach me that this seemingly repetitive and common practice in management teachings in Iran is yet to be fully understood and learnt! Maybe that is why, despite all the present teachings in the field of strategy, most of our companies generally fail to manage strategically
Different than many past programs, which mainly had mere academic and theoretical value, this program was indeed a workshop, and I learned practically from it.
I had the privilege to take part in this valuable program. The takeaway from it was that strategic management in public and private sectors is vastly different. You simply can’t use the same strategic management tools for the private sector to lead and manage the public sector.
